Ordering Terms & Conditions
- Once the order has been placed, it’s not possible to make changes to your order. If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, then you’ll need to return the item following our Returns procedure.
- If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01011287448 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm 5 days a week except Friday & Saturday, Or send an email anytime to email@example.com .
Cancelling your order
In case we sent you the wrong product, we will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:
- Products are returned in the original packaging.
- Package was never opened, i.e. is sealed.
- The product shows no sign of usage.
- The stamped invoice is attached.
- Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products.
- At any time, Nadra Collection reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
