Ordering Terms & Conditions

  • Once the order has been placed, it’s not possible to make changes to your order. If your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, then you’ll need to return the item following our Returns procedure.
  • If your order hasn’t left the warehouse yet, we may be able to change delivery address details, remove items from your order or cancel it completely. Please contact our Customer Services team for advice on 01011287448 between 10:00 am and 3:00 pm 5 days a week except Friday & Saturday, Or send an email anytime to support@nadracollection.com .
  • In the event of any unwanted products, if your order has already been dispatched from the warehouse, you will need to return the item following our Return policy.
  • There are some products which we cannot cancel, refund or exchange, including perishable and made-to-order items ” Towels , Pillows”

Return Policy

In case we sent you the wrong product, we will be happy to accept returns free of charge, provided that:

  • Products are returned in the original packaging.
  • Package was never opened, i.e. is sealed.
  • The product shows no sign of usage.
  • The stamped invoice is attached.
  • Condition doesn’t apply for faulty (defective) products.
  • At any time, Nadra Collection reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, the return request must be executed within 14 days after delivery. We will refund the price you paid for the goods and credit the refund amount to your credit/account that you made payment by After deducting the shipping fees & 3% for bank services.

 

  • Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillowcases)
  • Products that have been modified, altered or washed
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment
  • 3% handling fee applies on canceled orders made through a credit card.
  • If you are only returning some of the items on your order, then we will only refund the cost of those items, but will not refund the delivery charge.
